  • How Does this work? Where do the sessions take place?
    Sessions are online. We discuss your area of concern and then explain the holistic yoga techniques. We will provide you with breathing exercises, meditation instructions, a sequence of yoga postures, and if you would like, dietary adjustments.
  • Why yoga? What's in it for me?
    Yoga is about the evolution of consciousness. Tension and stress are eased and when consciousness is expanded. Negative subconscious activity can be dissolved in the light of consciousness. Nothing that does not serve you is dissolved in the light of your consciousness; you only need to see it.

    Introduction, discussion of your basic lifestyle, and an explanation of the holistic yoga practices

    Online. In-person sessions are available in the DC area. Email if you are interested.
  • Is there anything unique that you teach?
    Yes, the practice of observing is taught in every session. It is basically consistently shifting your attention to the role of observer. It is also sometimes called one-pointedness. When they say, "teach what you know," this is not only what I know but have personally experienced the benefit of it. Done correctly, the benefits are immediate. Done consistently, the benefits are ongoing.
  • How do I prepare for a session?
    To prepare, have a yoga mat, dress in comfortable clothing, and a quiet place where you will not be disturbed is best.
