Yoga Philosophy, RYT 500
When I first found yoga I was hooked right away. That was years ago and in that first class the teacher sat us all down in folding chairs and gave a wonderful introduction to yoga before we even stepped on a mat. I don't think I fully understood what she was trying to say until about ten years later, but that one class was enough to get me started.

I love every aspect of yoga. The teachings, the poses, the meditations, the expanded awareness. To me, yoga is an integral part of each day.

I hope to share the calmness, peace and happiness that is found in the practice of Yoga.

Yoga Practitioner for 20 years, Yoga Certification (500 hours), MBA, Teacher for 17 years, Member of Yoga Alliance. Certified Yoga Instructor since 2017, CPR Certified, Insured
