When I first found yoga I was hooked right away, but there is so much more to yoga than just the physical postures. I discovered it is entirely mental. Through the practice of presence (yoga), a different form of intelligence, or knowing arises. From this, pure happiness arises.
If you are interested in this pure happiness, which I call Causeless Happiness, I would love to share more. The reason for my venture is the hope that anyone who is interested will discover this pure and peaceful joy through the practice of presence.
Anyone can practice presence; the only thing you need is yourself and the willingness to do it. The proof is found in your own happiness.

Yoga Practitioner for 20 years, Yoga Certification (200 hours), MBA, Teacher for 17 years, Member of Yoga Alliance. However, the only relevant one is that I practice presence and experience the effects.
