It is up to the individual to monitor the safety of their practice. As the practitioner, you, please keep in mind that yoga should never be painful. It is important to work within the bounds of your own safety. You are the one that knows if something is painful or does not feel right. It is up to you to stop at any point when pain arises. Please also let your instructor know if at any time something does not feel right. Never force or strain. This includes breathing techniques.

East and West Yoga and its instructors assume no responsibility for injuries suffered while practicing these techniques and classes. As the Client, we ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice if you must cancel a session, although 48 hours is preferable.
