Become aware of your own breathing as a way to calm the nervous system. Breath responds to what is happening in daily life. Awareness of breath and conscious breathing removes the reactivity. This one is great to start with and an intro to the other components is included.
To allow reservations for other clients, we require that you cancel at least 24 hours before the start of any session or plan. Reservations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start of class cannot be cancelled without incurring a late cancel/no show fee/loss of class.
