This is a simple yoga sequence that you could do each morning. Nothing really challenging here; a nice gentle stretch for the whole body. | Suggestion: Instrumental or no music if you just woke up |
For each pose place attention on where it is felt in the body without internal commentary | Equipment: yoga mat, one block (can use a big book or skip that pose), tennis ball (or skip that pose) |
